1.  Can Johnson Auto Body, Inc. Save My Deductible?
We do not save deductibles.  When a shop claims it can save a deductible, the shop did not complete a part of your repair listed on the estimate, cut corners in the repair, or used inferior parts/workmanship.  We will not compromise the safety of our customers by using substandard parts or poor workmanship as a means to save the deductible.  Our files are routinely audited by insurance companies; we welcome this practice because it helps keep the industry honest.

2.  What is "Prior Damage?"
Any damage to your vehicle that was not directly caused by the accident which you are currently repairing.

3.  Can you include my prior damage in this insurance estimate?
We do not include prior damage within your insurance estimate because this constitutes insurance fraud.  We can, however, give you a separate estimate to repair any prior damage.

4.  Do I have to repair with the facility the insurance company suggests?
You have the right to use the repair facility of your choice.  Be sure to choose a facility that offers a written guarantee.

5.  What if the repair cost is higher than what the insurance allows?
In a case such as this, it is our job as your body shop to request further payment from the insurance company.  This is called a supplement.  At no time do we charge our customer for extra work that is accident-related.  The customer should have no financial obligation beyond the deductible.

6.  How do I get a rental car?
Johnson Auto Body, Inc. deals with rental car companies on a daily basis.  As a service to our customers, we can set up the rental for you and arrange for rental car personnel to meet you at our facility when you drop your car off for repair.  Once the repair is finished, you may drop the rental car at our facility and we will return it to the rental car company. 

7.  Can I request what parts to use?
We repair all vehicles according to the guidelines of the applicable insurance company.     

8.  Can you tow my vehicle to Johnson Auto Body, Inc.?
We have several towing companies we use on a regular basis and can easily arrange for a tow to our shop.

9.  How does Johnson Auto Body, Inc. guarantee its work?
We provide a written lifetime warranty on all our workmanship.  If you do not choose our facility, make sure the shop you choose offers a similar warranty.
